Job Duties:

• Responsible for managing comprehensive accounting functions.
• Ensuring compliance with international financial standards.
• Supporting financial reporting across EMS holding.
• This role requires someone with a strong understanding of cross-border financial transactions and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations for international subsidiaries and currency accounts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with international tax laws and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit preparation.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Collaborate with international teams to consolidate financial data and streamline accounting processes.
• Implement and improve internal controls and accounting policies.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with demonstrated international finance exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and international tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
