Accountant (UAE Restaurant / F&B Industry experience required)

Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000

Role Overview

The restaurant is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations within an F&B environment. The role focuses on financial accuracy, cost control, and compliance, supporting management with timely and reliable financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales reconciliation and revenue reporting
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments
• Monitor food and beverage costs and support cost-control initiatives
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and basic financial statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting practices and internal controls
• Coordinate with management on budgeting and expense tracking

Requirements

• Proven UAE experience in F&B accounting is mandatory
• Strong understanding of restaurant financial operations
• Experience in cost control, inventory accounting, and supplier management
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
