Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting activities using Odoo, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in Odoo.
  • Ensure accurate VAT calculation, filing, and compliance with UAE tax regulations.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions through Odoo.
  • Monitor expenses, control costs, and provide financial analysis to management.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external consultants during audits and financial reviews.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role in the UAE.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Odoo accounting software is mandatory.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
