- Role Overview
National Medical Center is looking for a professional, skilled, and patient-focused Aesthetic GP / Aesthetic Doctor to join our clinic and support the growth of our aesthetic and wellness department.
The doctor will be responsible for providing safe, ethical, and high-quality aesthetic consultations and treatments, recommending suitable treatment plans, and helping the clinic build a trusted aesthetic service line.
This role is suitable for a doctor who is clinically confident, commercially aware, patient-focused, and able to convert consultations into treatment plans while maintaining the highest standards of medical care.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultation & Assessment
The doctor will be responsible for:
- Conducting detailed aesthetic consultations with patients.
- Understanding patient concerns, expectations, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Performing proper skin, facial, hair, and body assessments where required.
- Recommending suitable treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical suitability.
- Explaining treatment options clearly, including benefits, limitations, risks, aftercare, and expected outcomes.
- Ensuring all advice given to patients is honest, ethical, and medically appropriate.
Aesthetic Treatments & Procedures
The doctor may perform treatments based on qualifications, DHA approval, experience, clinic licensing, and management approval, including but not limited to:
- Botox / anti-wrinkle injections.
- Dermal fillers.
- Skin boosters.
- PRP treatments for skin and hair.
- Mesotherapy.
- Chemical peels.
- Facial rejuvenation treatments.
- Acne and pigmentation treatment plans.
- Anti-aging treatments.
- Hair loss consultations and treatment plans.
- IV wellness treatments, where permitted.
- Other approved aesthetic and wellness treatments under the clinic’s licensed scope.
All procedures must be performed safely, professionally, and in line with DHA guidelines, clinic protocols, and accepted medical standards.
- Revenue Sharing Structure
The role will follow a revenue-sharing arrangement.
Doctor Share: 35%
Clinic Share: 65%
The doctor’s share will apply to eligible aesthetic treatments personally performed or directly generated by the doctor, subject to clinic approval, payment collection, and internal reconciliation policies.

- Patient Safety & Medical Compliance
The doctor must:
- Follow all DHA regulations and professional medical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Obtain proper informed consent before every treatment.
- Document treatment details, products used, dosage, batch numbers, before-and-after photos where applicable, and follow-up instructions.
- Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
- Identify contraindications before treatment.
- Manage any complications professionally and immediately.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and sterilization protocols.
- Ensure all treatments are medically justified and suitable for the patient.
- Sales, Upselling & Revenue Growth
As this role is based on revenue sharing, the doctor is expected to actively contribute to the growth of the aesthetic department.
The doctor should:
- Convert consultations into suitable treatment plans.
- Recommend treatment packages where clinically appropriate.
- Upsell related treatments ethically and professionally.
- Help design monthly aesthetic offers and packages.
- Support clinic campaigns for aesthetic services.
- Participate in promotional activities, open days, events, and patient awareness campaigns.
- Build repeat patient visits through proper follow-up and long-term treatment planning.
- Maintain strong patient relationships to increase retention and referrals.
The doctor must understand that patient trust, quality results, and consistent follow-up are key to revenue growth.
- Working Arrangement
The working schedule will be agreed between the doctor and clinic management based on clinic requirements, patient appointments, and business needs.
The doctor may be required to:
- Attend fixed clinic days.
- Be available for booked consultations and treatments.
- Support weekend or evening campaigns when required.
- Be punctual for all scheduled appointments.
- Inform the clinic in advance regarding any change in availability.
- Avoid cancelling confirmed patient appointments except in genuine emergencies.
- Patient Follow-Up Responsibilities
The doctor must personally ensure proper follow-up for patients after treatments.
This includes:
- Reviewing treatment results.
- Managing any concerns or side effects.
- Advising on aftercare.
- Recommending follow-up sessions where needed.
- Building long-term patient treatment plans.
- Maintaining professional communication through clinic-approved channels.
All communication with patients should be routed through the clinic system or approved clinic communication platforms.
- Marketing & Content Support
To grow the aesthetic department, the doctor is expected to support marketing activities.
This may include:
- Participating in educational videos.
- Providing treatment explanations for social media.
- Supporting before-and-after content with patient consent.
- Joining clinic awareness campaigns.
- Helping the marketing team create medically accurate content.
- Explaining aesthetic treatments in a simple and professional way.
- Supporting promotional offers and seasonal campaigns.
All marketing content must follow DHA advertising guidelines and must not include false claims, misleading claims, or unrealistic promises.
- Professional Standards
The doctor must maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
This includes:
- Proper grooming and professional appearance.
- Respectful communication with patients, staff, and management.
- Clear explanation of treatment prices and packages.
- Honest and ethical treatment recommendations.
- No direct personal collection of payments from patients unless approved by management.
- No personal promotion of outside services to clinic patients.
- No treatment outside clinic premises using clinic-generated leads unless approved.
- Maintaining the reputation and trust of National Medical Center.
- Required Qualifications
The candidate should have:
- Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility as a General Practitioner / Aesthetic GP.
- Approved aesthetic training and certifications.
- Experience in aesthetic procedures.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and patient safety.
- Knowledge of injectables, skin treatments, PRP, and aesthetic protocols.
- Good communication and consultation skills.
- Ability to convert consultations into treatment plans.
- Professional attitude and strong patient-handling skills.
- Preferred Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- Existing patient base or ability to attract patients.
- Experience in the Dubai aesthetic market.
- Confidence in performing injectables and skin treatments.
- Good social media presence or willingness to support content creation.
- Ability to work with the clinic team and marketing team.
- Strong focus on patient satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

The doctor must not directly approach, transfer, or redirect National Medical Center patients to another clinic, personal practice, or external service provider.
