Aesthetics Call Center ( Urdu Speaking )

Urdu Speaking is a must
Lead Handling & Sales

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage leads
• Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other platforms
• Follow up with potential clients and convince them to visit the clinic
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or services
• Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets

Reporting & Follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Prepare daily and weekly lead reports
• Track source of leads and measure campaign effectiveness

Light Reception Duties

• Greet walk-in clients when needed
• Assist with appointment bookings and basic front desk coordination
• Ensure smooth client communication before and after treatments

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Sales or telemarketing background (preferably in beauty, wellness, or medical field)
• Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Tech-savvy (WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.)
• Professional and presentable
