As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and maintaining smooth office operations. Your experience in aesthetics and call centers will be valuable in managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in Aesthetics is a must
  • Greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about our services
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with the aesthetics team to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Utilize call center software to manage high call volumes and client interactions
  • Provide support for various office projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, call center representative, or in a related role
  • Experience in the aesthetics industry is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
