AI Search Engine Optimization Specialist (Remote)

Position : AI SEO Specialist Location : Remote Work Experience: Min 3 to 4 yrs of similar field experience Salary : Negotiable based on the experience and interview. Key Responsibilities: \* Develop and execute an integrated SEO + GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy to improve visibility across Google and AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) \* Conduct advanced keyword, entity, and search intent research to capture both traditional search traffic and AI-generated discovery opportunities \*Create and optimize high-quality medical content (service pages, blogs, FAQs, pillar pages) structured for both search engines and large language models (LLMs) \*Implement on-page, technical, and semantic SEO best practices including internal linking, schema markup, structured data, and entity optimization Optimize content for AI citation and answer-engine inclusion by strengthening E-E-A-T signals, clarity, and authoritative references Build and manage topical authority clusters to improve knowledge graph presence and AI retrievability Monitor performance across Google Search Console, analytics platforms, and AI search environments to track rankings, visibility, and AI-generated mentions Analyze SERP features, zero-click trends, and conversational search patterns to continuously refine content strategy Collaborate with medical, marketing, and technical teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and structured data implementation Conduct competitor analysis across both traditional SERPs and AI-generated responses to identify growth opportunities Continuously research evolving AI search algorithms, LLM behavior, and emerging GEO best practices to future-proof Novomed’s digital visibility Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
