Production Manager, Aluminum Industry

Position: Production Manager

Age Range: 28 - 42
Salary Range: 10,000 - 20,000 SAR

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all production activities.
• Develop and enhance production processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Maximize productivity of machinery and workforce.
• Determine suitable equipment placement and utilization within the facility.
• Ensure full adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor end-to-end production flow to maintain efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures.
• Train employees on correct machine operation procedures.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot operational issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Higher Technical Diploma in Manufacturing.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in production or industrial engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal & written).
