• Scheduling and confirming patient appointment
• Welcoming patients and visitors to the facility in a courteous manner
• Ensuring patient information is accurate and up-to-date
• Verifying and processing patients’ insurance and billing details
• Coordinating patient care with healthcare professionals and medical staff
• Assisting patients with their questions and concerns about treatments, procedures and healthcare services
• Ensuring the patient waiting area is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all HIPAA regulations
• Managing patient flow to ensure appointments are on schedule and any delays are communicated appropriately
• Handling patient complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
• Cross selling and up selling
