Arabic Call Center Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
  • Assist patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Provide accurate information about clinic services, doctors, and timings
  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
  • Maintain and update patient records in the system
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reminders, and feedback

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is preferred
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Professional attitude with a patient-first approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience working in a clinic or hospital environment
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
