Job Title: Architect

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 13,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in architectural design, shop drawings, construction documentation, and modular construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality architectural solutions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the design, manufacturing, and installation of prefabricated bathroom pod systems and modular construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural drawings, shop drawings, fabrication details, and construction documentation.
Prepare and coordinate detailed architectural designs using BIM methodologies.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, manufacturing, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Review design intent drawings and ensure they are converted into production-ready documentation.
Support the design and detailing of bathroom pods, modular systems, and prefabricated construction solutions.
Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC building regulations, codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate production requirements, mock-ups, quality inspections, and installation activities with factory and site teams.
Apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) principles to optimize design efficiency and constructability.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of design solutions.
Provide technical support and resolve architectural design and construction-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and support junior architects and drafting teams where required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation.
Experience in residential, high-rise, modular construction, or prefabricated pod projects is highly preferred.
Experience working within the UAE/GCC construction industry is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Strong knowledge of DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) principles.
Experience in modular construction methodologies and bathroom pod detailing.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, fabrication details, and shop drawings.
Familiarity with UAE/GCC building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
