About the Role

At PureHealth , we are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Treasury Operations to lead global cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships across our international operations.

This role is responsible for optimizing working capital, managing FX exposure and hedging, strengthening forecasting accuracy, ensuring compliance, and providing clear insights on liquidity and cash flow to senior leadership. The position plays a key role in safeguarding financial stability while driving treasury efficiency at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of global bank accounts and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
• Oversee liquidity planning to ensure optimal cash availability for operational requirements, payroll, taxes, and strategic payments.
• Drive working capital optimization initiatives and reduce average cash balances against baseline targets.
• Manage FX exposure and hedging strategies, including forward contracts, in coordination with regional treasury teams.
• Monitor and enhance treasury forecasting accuracy and cash flow projections.
• Prepare and present periodic cash flow reports, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of all bank accounts and accuracy of treasury transactions.
• Support intercompany loan confirmations, interest-bearing advances, and collaborate with accounting teams on AR/AP ageing.
• Maintain full compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and global regulatory requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and report unusual financial activities or anomalies.
• Provide strategic insights to support executive decision-making on liquidity and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, FX risk management, and hedging.
• Experience managing global banking relationships and cross-border treasury operations.
• Professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, CTP) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and treasury reporting.
• High attention to detail, compliance-focused, and strong stakeholder management skills.
