Job Description Summary

The Associate Patient Experience Representative is an entry.-level position aimed at enhancing patient experiences within a healthcare facility. The role involves performing routine tasks and maintaining effective communication with patients and staff under supervision, focusing on basic support and assistance.

  • Assist patients by providing directions and answering basic inquiries to ensure they feel comfortable and informed during their visit
  • Help in the coordination of patient appointments by supporting the scheduling team and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurately filed and maintained
  • File patient documents and records in accordance with hospital policies ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval by authorized personnel
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in patient waiting areas by organizing seating and replenishing informational materials and brochures

Minimum Education Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Years of Experience

No prior experience or up to 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or administrative role is preferred.
