The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Female Beauty & Laser Therapist to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be a native or fluent Arabic speaker with extensive experience in advanced skin treatments and a valid UAE license for laser treatments You will work in a premium, female-only environment, providing expert care and ensuring every client receives a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Laser Treatments: Perform safe and effective laser hair removal treatments in compliance with UAE health regulations.
• Advanced Facials: Provide a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, hydration, and anti-aging therapies.
• Clinical Skin Care: Conduct Dermapen (microneedling) and Chemical Peeling treatments to address acne, pigmentation, and skin texture.
• Body Contouring: Administer body contouring and slimming treatments to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
• Consultation: Conduct professional skin analyses to understand client needs and recommend customized treatment plans.
• Standards & Hygiene: Maintain a sterile, organized, and welcoming treatment room in accordance with Sharjah health and safety standards.
• Client Relations: Build lasting trust with our female clients through exceptional communication and professional service.

Requirements

• Gender: Female only (Required for a women-only center).
• Language: Native or professional-level Arabic (Spoken and Written) is essential.
• License: Must possess a valid Laser Technician License (MOH/DHA/DHCC) recognized in the UAE.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE performing facials, Dermapen, peeling, and laser treatments.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of skincare products, aesthetic equipment, and safety protocols.
• Personal Traits: Professional, punctual, and possessing strong interpersonal skills to interact with high-end clientele.
