Bilingual CPD Sales Executive (Arabic & English)

We're looking for a Bilingual Sales Executive to join our growing team, helping organizations and conferences across the region access our prestigious Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Accreditation services .

You must be based in Dubai and fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken). About The Role As our Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving CPD adoption across the region. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who is a natural relationship-builder, highly proactive, and sales-driven.

Your focus: connecting with decision-makers, building partnerships with conferences, and generating leads via smart communication and outreach strategies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sales & CRM Management: Own and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools—track leads, follow-ups, and deal status with precision.
• Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, video meetings, and social media.
• Conference Partnerships: Identify and approach key conferences and organisations that can benefit from our CPD services.
• Innovative Communication: Use creative outreach methods like webinars, LinkedIn messaging, and direct marketing to build traction.
• Translation Work: Help localise our brochures, marketing materials, and course descriptions into Arabic.
• Sales Reporting: Share weekly reports and insights to the management team.
• Follow-Up Strategy: Ensure consistent and timely communication with leads to move them through the pipeline.

What We're Looking For

• 6–12 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the education, training, or CPD sector.
• Fluent Arabic and English speaker, with excellent writing and communication skills in both.
• Confident, goal-oriented, and independent—you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.
• Familiar with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social selling strategies.
• Experience in remote work is a plus—but this role is office-based in Meydan, Dubai.
