Biomedical Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Biomedical Engineer located in Jeddah. The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing medical equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues. Key tasks include ensuring the optimal functionality of biomedical devices, collaborating with clinical teams to resolve equipment concerns, and adhering to healthcare regulations and standards. The engineer will also assist in maintaining records of equipment performance and implementing improvements to optimize hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Expertise in managing and operating Medical Equipment and Biomedical Engineering tools
• Knowledge of Clinical Engineering practices and standards
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
