Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations
• Manage team schedules and workflow
• Coordinate with doctors during consultations and treatments
• Monitor stock and order medical & aesthetic supplies
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare standards
• Handle patient relations and maintain excellent service quality
• Prepare simple performance and patient satisfaction reports

Requirements

• Medical background is a must
• Experience in dermatology / aesthetic clinics is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organized and able to handle a busy environment
• Passion for skincare and patient care
• Previous experience dealing with female patients is a plus
