Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years UAE experience in small parcel delivery - last mile
• Strong network in the bike rider environment
• Should know how to build a team
• Good communication and sales skills

Responsibilities

• Develop the full business of small parcel delivery
• Grow the rider community
• Show innovation
• Bring new clients for small parcel across spheres of different businesses
• Maintain client relationships
• Achieve sales targets
• Support daily business development activities
