Role Description
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and expand our corporate footprint in Dubai.
This role is responsible for:
• Identifying and securing new B2B partnerships
• Building relationships with hospitals, hotels, insurers & corporate clients
• Negotiating service agreements and long-term contracts
• Driving revenue targets and market expansion
• Developing structured growth strategies aligned with company vision
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, well-connected in the UAE healthcare sector, and capable of converting opportunities into measurable revenue.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in healthcare or B2B sales
• Proven track record in closing corporate contracts
• Strong negotiation & presentation skills
• Strategic thinking with execution ability
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Healthcare network in Dubai is highly preferred
