Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Commercial Flooring Solutions | Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the UAE commercial flooring market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LVT, Carpet Tiles, and Sheet Vinyl flooring, along with an established network of architects, consultants, contractors, and interior design firms.

Requirements

  • Proven sales/business development experience in commercial flooring
  • UAE market experience and valid UAE driving license
  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
  • Track record of achieving sales targets (AED 5M+ annual sales preferred)
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
