Business Development & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand EMAHS’s client base and market presence in the healthcare and event medical services sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with corporate clients, event organizers, and government entities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with the operations and finance teams.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Represent EMAHS at meetings, events, and exhibitions to promote company services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and service opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and client communications.
• Provide management with regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and client feedback.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or event management.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent networking and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho CRM, or other sales management software.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
