Business Development & Sales Manager – Healthcare & Event Medical Services

We are hiring a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the healthcare and event medical services sector in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales track record, excellent client management skills, and hands-on experience achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to grow the client base
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, event, and government sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with operations and finance teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active prospecting and negotiations
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to represent company services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, presentations, and sales materials
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or event management
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent networking and client relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
