Job Description:
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Executive to handle patient calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center (healthcare/dental experience preferred)
• Fluent in Arabic and Hindi (Mandatory)
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of Urdu / Malayalam / Tagalog will be an advantage
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in appointment booking and patient follow-up
• Good computer knowledge (Excel, email, clinic software)
• Ability to manage high call volumes
• Immediate joiners only

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Follow up on missed appointments and pending treatments
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints
• Coordinate with reception and doctors
