Job Description:

We are currently hiring Female call centre Executives on their own visa to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Self-motivated and target-driven Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional service to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience during every interaction.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, investigate every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Capitalize on opportunities to upsell products when appropriate.
  • Address inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Accurately document patient interactions and update relevant information in the database.
  • Record all call details in our call center database in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Stay informed about healthcare services and products to provide accurate information to callers.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts and breaks.
  • Customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt to different personality types.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, setting priorities, and efficient time management.
  • Actively seek out and engage with potential customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell services using solid sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes,.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Provide accurate feedback and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve marketing and sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Must have own visa (freelance/spouse/etc.)
  • Prior experience in sales (healthcare, aesthetics, or services preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ·At least 1 year of experience in a call center, conflict resolution, customer sales, or customer support role – or equivalent experience or training
  • Previous experience with CRM platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
