Role Description This is a full-time on-site Chief Accountant role based in Riyadh. The Chief Accountant will oversee and manage all financial activities, including preparing financial statements, budget planning, tax compliance, and audits. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. The role may also involve strategic planning support and collaboration with senior leadership to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Financial Management and Accounting: Proficiency in handling financial statements, budget preparation, and financial analysis.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in accounting software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Compliance and Auditing: Strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit procedures.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in preparing financial reports and records.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly desirable.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting or financial management, specifically within the healthcare or clinic setting.
