POSITION SUMMARY:

Leads the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of the Pharmacy Department to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medications across the hospital. Provides leadership in pharmaceutical care, formulary management, research, education, and regulatory compliance while advancing innovation and patient-centered outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS &
