Cleaner_Restaurant

Job Purpose

To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, ensuring a safe, pleasant, and sanitary environment for customers and staff at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dining areas, tables, chairs, and service counters
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies (soap, tissue, hand towels)
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required
• Dispose of garbage and waste properly according to hygiene standards
• Clean kitchen areas, including sinks, walls, and food preparation surfaces
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Assist with general cleaning duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cleaner in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic communication skills (English preferred)

Working Conditions

• Shift-based work, including weekends and public holidays
• Fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
