Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties also include budgeting, handling customer inquiries, coordinating training programs, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Clinic Manager will collaborate with medical professionals to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Management
• Knowledge in Medicine and Healthcare Management
• Strong ability in Training and Staff Development
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic or healthcare setting is a plus
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
