Clinic Manager

Manage and organize the daily operations of the clinic efficiently.

• Supervise all staff and continuously monitor their performance.
• Ensure compliance with health standards and official regulations.
• Handle patient complaints and resolve them promptly and professionally.
• Improve customer experience and maintain a high level of service quality.
• Monitor revenues and expenses and achieve financial targets.
• Oversee promotions and marketing packages to increase sales.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to strengthen the clinic’s social media presence.
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medical supplies and equipment.
• Prepare periodic reports on the overall performance of the clinic.
• Make strategic decisions to improve service quality and increase efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
