Clinic sales, calls, reception – Dental & Aesthetic Clinic (Female, Arabic & English Fluent)

We are a Medical/Dental centre in Dubai offering dental, dermatology, skincare, and laser services. We are looking for a motivated female candidate to handle and coordinate clinic sales, reception duties and call center responsibilities. The role is focused on patient growth, smooth daily operations, and excellent customer service.

Main responsibilities include coordinate selling of services and products of the clinic including dental and dermal services, greeting and assisting patients, managing reception and check-in, answering inbound and outbound calls, booking and following up on appointments, advising patients on treatments and promotions, upselling and cross-selling services and products, supporting doctors and nurses, assisting with marketing and social media, collecting patient feedback and reviews, tracking patient sources such as calls, social media and referrals, preparing reports, and ensuring patient concerns are handled professionally while maintaining confidentiality.

The requirements are: female candidate as per clinic team structure, fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken, minimum of two years’ experience in a clinic, healthcare, or hospitality role in the UAE [prefred feild of dentistry and aesthetics fieleds] , strong communication and sales skills, knowledge of social media and marketing, presentable, professional, patient-focused, and able to work under pressure. A diploma or degree in business, healthcare or marketing is preferred but not required if the candidate has strong experience.

Work schedule is six days per week with one day off, nine hours per day including lunch break. Annual leave and public holidays are as per UAE labour law. Salary includes performance-based commission on sales and the role offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth.
