Clinic Supervisor Arabic Female

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Clinic Supervisor to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient service and smooth workflow. Responsibilities: Supervise daily clinic operations and staff performance Coordinate doctors’, nurses’, and reception schedules Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service Monitor appointment flow and clinic efficiency Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues Maintain clinic policies, hygiene, and regulatory compliance Supervise inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination Prepare reports and support management with administrative tasks Assist in staff training and performance monitoring Requirements: Previous experience in clinic or healthcare management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage teams and work under pressure Knowledge of medical clinic operations and patient handling Good organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems Arabic and English speaking is preferred Job Type: Full-time Location: Dubai Work Location: In person
