Clinical IT Specialist

We’re seeking a Clinical IT Specialist who’s ready to make an impact at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Help us enhance clinical operations, support innovative systems, and improve patient outcomes through smarter IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• To identify and deliver customer integration and connectivity requirements.
• To provide a source of expert knowledge on B. Braun IT solutions as well as general IT Topics (Networking, Security, HL7, Server Configuration etc) both internally and externally
• To provide ongoing support to customers post project completion both remotely and onsite
• To maintain high standards of communication both internally and with Key stakeholders within B. Braun accounts
• To act as a point of contact for all IT product related communication Internally and externally
• To build strong relationships with key IT stakeholders within hospitals
• To contribute knowledge and expertise to the AIS team business strategy
• To support the development of reference sites and key opinion leaders to support the AIS strategy
• Development of collaborative relationships within local and global, as well as third party providers
• To work with the marketing function to develop real world evidence
• Evaluate business requirements and expand knowledge and skill base as necessary
• To support the Sales Managers in ensuring the Sales team is equipped with the relevant required technical knowledge and skills to enable them to fulfil their sales role in a professional, effective and efficient manner.
• Maintaining knowledge of current market trends and customer requirements and attend/present at appropriate conference/meetings
• To collaborate with members of the AIS team to deliver national projects
• To ensure reports from customers relating to product quality complaints or adverse drug reactions are documented and the essential minimum information is collected and forwarded to the Regulatory Affairs Department the same day they are received.
• To act in a professional manner at all times in order to promote a positive image of the Company.
• To deal with any other duties which do not change the nature of this post
• Comprehensive product knowledge of the AIS portfolio to provide clinical IT solutions according to customer needs
