The Role
The Clinical Operations Manager is a senior operational clinical role responsible for ensuring that clinical and care processes are clearly defined, consistently delivered, and sustained over time.
Working closely with the CEO and Founder, this role supports the translation of clinical vision into everyday practice across the service.

This role helps ensure that systems are embedded in a way that allows the service to run smoothly and predictably.
Key Responsibilities
System Implementation
• Translate clinical frameworks into clear and practical processes
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
• Embed systems into daily routines across houses and teams
• Support the introduction of new initiatives in a structured and sustainable way
Admission Preparation and Flow
• Oversee admission readiness processes
• Ensure all required preparation steps are completed in advance
• Maintain clear checklists and structured preparation pathways
• Support a smooth and well held arrival experience for young people and families
Consistency Across the Service
• Support alignment of practice across houses and teams
• Reduce variability in routines, communication, and delivery
• Maintain clarity in expectations and standards
Audit and Quality Oversight
• Develop and run regular audits of key processes
• Monitor consistency of delivery
• Provide clear and concise updates on standards and progress
• Support ongoing improvement through practical adjustments
Accountability and Follow Through
• Support teams in maintaining agreed standards
• Ensure processes are completed as expected
• Address gaps in a clear, calm, and structured way
Communication and Reporting
• Provide structured updates to leadership
• Share insights on service delivery and system performance
• Contribute to a culture of clarity, ownership, and professionalism
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is organised, thoughtful, and steady in their approach.
You are comfortable working with structure, supporting teams, and maintaining consistency across a complex service.
Background
• Experience in residential, inpatient, or complex care settings
• Background in nursing, clinical operations, or service management
• Familiarity with structured clinical environments and multidisciplinary teams

Reporting Line
This role reports directly to the CEO and Founder.
