Clinical Pathologist

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary medical team. The ideal candidate will oversee laboratory diagnostics, ensure quality compliance, and support physicians with accurate and timely pathological interpretations.

We are looking for someone detail oriented, quality driven, and experienced in working within MOH regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all laboratory operations
• Review and validate laboratory test results
• Ensure compliance with MOH and local regulatory standards
• Implement and monitor quality control and quality assurance programs
• Guide laboratory technologists and support staff
• Maintain laboratory accreditation standards
• Collaborate with physicians to provide clinical interpretation of results
• Oversee inventory, reagent management, and equipment calibration
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping

Requirements

• MOH License as Clinical Pathologist (or eligibility)
• MD or equivalent in Pathology
• Minimum 3 years experience in clinical laboratory practice
• Strong knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology
• Experience with laboratory information systems and EMR
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
