Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Collections Specialist. The Collections Specialist is responsible for daily debt collection activities, cash collection processes, effective communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely collection of outstanding payments.

Qualifications

  • Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Understanding of Finance principles and practices
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
