Description The Commercial and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and brand positioning for DSFH NEOM. This role leads integrated commercial and marketing strategies to support patient acquisition, payer relationships, service line growth, and long-term sustainability, while ensuring full alignment with Fakeeh Care Group’s brand, governance, and commercial frameworks.
- Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for DSFH NEOM in line with hospital business plans and group objectives.
- Drive revenue growth across key service lines through pricing strategy, volume optimization, and market expansion initiatives.
- Identify new revenue opportunities including corporate accounts, government contracts, insurers, employers, and strategic partnerships.
- Support service line profitability analysis and business case development for new services and centers of excellence.
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:
- Lead the development and execution of the hospital’s marketing strategy in alignment with Fakeeh Care Group brand guidelines.
- Position DSFH NEOM as a premium healthcare destination aligned with NEOM’s vision for innovation, sustainability, and world-class services.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, launches, and always-on initiatives across digital, PR, events, and partnerships.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and patient experience across all touchpoints.
- Market Development & Partnerships:
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including insurers, corporate clients, government entities, and NEOM ecosystem partners.
- Represent DSFH NEOM in external forums, exhibitions, and strategic meetings.
- Collaborate with medical leadership to promote centers of excellence and specialized clinical offerings.
- Performance, Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor commercial and marketing KPIs including revenue growth, payer mix, patient volumes, market share, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and insights for hospital and group leadership.
- Use data and market intelligence to optimize strategies and inform decision-making.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the commercial and marketing budget for DSFH NEOM.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources with clear ROI measurement.
- Coordinate with group-level vendors, agencies, and unified contracts where applicable.
- Collaboration & Governance:
- Work closely with Group Marketing, Group Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Medical Affairs.
- Ensure adherence to Fakeeh Care Group policies, brand governance, and healthcare regulations.
- Act as a local brand and commercial guardian while supporting the group’s hub-and-spoke operating model.
Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Founded in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 1978 by Dr. Soliman Fakeeh, the Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital (DSFH) has been a true leader in the field, whose pioneering spirit and visionary resolve has - for over three decades - advanced by leaps the standards of healthcare delivery in the Kingdom and in the region. In 1986, the first expansion of the Hospital was inaugurated by His Majesty, the late King Fahd bin Abd al-Aziz. In 1999, a second expansion inaugurated by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abd al-Aziz, Crown-Prince at the time, marked the addition of two new structures to the DSFH campus, and offered several additional clinics and fitness centers. DSFH was the first private hospital in the Western Region of the Kingdom to become accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) in 2006 and 2009, and by the Australian Council for Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI) in 2008. DSFH is presently considered one of the most distinguished hospitals in the Middle East, and is visited by over 500,000 patients every year; and it is the first hospital to publish a corporate social responsibility report in the health care sector in the MENA region in 2008. DSFH is a regional pioneer in the field of organ-transplantation, including kidney, bone-marrow, liver, and heart transplantation. Its open-heart surgery centre claims the highest number of operations done in the private sector in the Kingdom with a success rate comparable to any international centre of excellence.
