The organisation works with families, schools, and professionals to provide high‑quality, ethical support that prioritises dignity, safeguarding, and cultural sensitivity.
Position Summary
The Community Partnerships & Care Development Lead is responsible for supporting the establishment and growth of Support Solutions in the UAE by building professional relationships, supporting community engagement, and contributing to service development.
The role is relationship‑focused and outward‑facing, requiring strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and professional credibility within the Dubai care sector.
During the initial phase of operations, the role may also include direct care delivery where required, in line with the employee’s qualifications and experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Community Engagement and Partnerships
- Represent Opening Support Solutions professionally within the Dubai care community
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, schools, therapists, clinicians, and relevant organisations
- Support engagement activities, meetings, and community events to raise awareness of services
- Facilitate introductions, referrals, and initial discussions with potential clients
- Support family consultations and onboarding processes where required
Care Development and Operational Support
- Support the introduction and development of care services during the start‑up phase
- Provide professional input into care pathways and service design
- Deliver care when required, in accordance with qualifications, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Promote British care standards, safeguarding practices, and person‑centred approaches at all times
Professional Standards
- Act in accordance with company policies, UAE regulations, and ethical standards
- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
- Support a culture of quality, safeguarding, and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Requirements
- Recognised qualification in care, health, or social care
- Relevant experience working directly with families in a care or support setting
- Knowledge of the UAE care sector and local community landscape
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to represent the organisation professionally and independently
Desirable
- Established professional network within Dubai
- Experience supporting the growth or launch of a care service
- Familiarity with British care standards and safeguarding frameworks
Remuneration Structure
This position is offered on a salary plus commission basis for an initial period of twelve (12) months, in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
Base Salary
- AED 4,000 per month, payable monthly
Commission
- Commission is payable on new client revenue directly introduced and converted by the employee
- Commission is calculated on net revenue received
- Commission shall only be payable once the monthly base salary has been met through generated revenue
- The maximum commission rate is capped at 5%
- Commission eligibility applies for the first twelve (12) months of employment only
Following the completion of the initial 12‑month period, remuneration and role structure will be reviewed at the discretion of the employer, based on performance and business requirements.

Driving assisted technology enhances the support provided by a carer that will keep loved ones safe and secure. The staff are trained in areas that others don’t train in making them a flexible and knowledgeable team. Support Solutions ensure that the time allocated to their clients is their time, they have minimum staffing to each client so the staff members can build up relationships to ensure continuity can be met and trust can be built. They have a low turn over of staffing, they treat the staff with respect and value each one of them. All care is tailored to the individual’s care needs and wishes and staff go above and beyond to enhance the quality of life for each person they care for. Whether the person needs complex care or is just looking for a bit of company to brighten up their day, Support Solutions can meet their needs. They ask the right questions to ensure the correct personalised package of care and support is offered to clients and their families. Services can be provided from as little as 1 hour per session to 24-hour live-in care, depending on the service user’s needs and wishes. Services provided include everything from personal care, help with medication, cleaning and food preparation to cancer care, palliative care and dementia care. Staff are highly qualified and only become part of the team after a rigorous recruitment process which includes DBS checks and at least two references. Alongside is an experienced team of managers who support each other and are trained or training to be qualified in Level 5 Health & Social Care. The support and training they provide their staff is above and beyond the basic Care Certificate.
