Company Sales Manager – (Medical Trading Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue generation for all units
  • Develop, manage, and expand agency partnerships with international principals and suppliers.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve market penetration & revenue growth.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and decision-makers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes including tender submissions, negotiations, and closures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 - 4 years proven sales Manager experience in Physio & rehab, Medical, Surgical units.
  • Strong UAE healthcare market knowledge and experience with existing client network.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results under minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, or related field.
