Description

  • Generates periodic reports for pending purchase orders (POs), inventory aging, expiry, inventory values, PO delivery schedules, zero-stock items, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyzes generated reports and provide suggestions to resolve any issues or obstacles under the supervision of the manager/director.
  • Ensure all department employees are updating the system and submitting required reports on time; report any deviations.
  • Closely monitors supply chain activities that may affect customer service or end users, reporting any issues immediately.
  • Reviews supply chain processes, identify overlapping areas between departments that may impact outcomes, and advise on process improvements.
  • Monitor daily KPIs for all departments. (accuracy, on time delivery, correct data (batch and expiry), barcoding…etc.).
  • Ensure following related policy including but limited to cold chain and temperature monitoring and RSD
  • Ensure compliance with related policies and procedures, and that departmental goals are met as per Fakeeh Health Care facility requirements.
  • Ensure all transactions are going through barcoding from receiving to dispensing / issuance.
  • Ensures all processes and activities within the department adhere to relevant policies and procedures, and that all staff have their job descriptions.
  • Assists the supply chain manager/director in improvement initiatives.
  • Supports the supply chain manager/director in managing special projects or assignments.
  • Organizes meetings as needed to follow up on and resolves issues that may impact supply chain outcomes.
  • Coordinates closely with end users to address their complaints/issues, following up with the concerned departments to resolve them on time, and report any deviations or corrective actions.
  • Evaluates end users' satisfaction with the supply chain department's performance.
  • Ensures timely delivery of orders to end users, meeting required quantities, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Performs warehouse activities (inbound/outbound and stock control) as per the assigned duties.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Requirements Skills and Abilities:

Experience Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or procurement within a healthcare or similar industry.

Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
