Counter Sales Tyres Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Counter Sales Tyres Executive to handle walk-in customers, promote tyre products, and ensure smooth billing and service coordination. The ideal candidate will have good product knowledge of tyres and strong customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their tyre requirements
• Recommend suitable tyres based on vehicle type, usage, and budget
• Handle counter sales, billing, invoicing, and cash/card transactions
• Prepare quotations and follow up for closures
• Coordinate with workshop staff for tyre fitting, balancing, and alignment
• Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports
• Ensure proper display of tyres and promotional materials
• Support stock checking and basic inventory coordination
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in tyre counter sales
• Knowledge of PCR, TBR, OTR, and other tyre types
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (billing / POS systems)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Experience in UAE tyre shops or automotive workshops
• Arabic language skills
• Knowledge of wheel alignment and balancing services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
