Customer Service / Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven customer service agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-driven with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Arabic & English Language
• Valid UAE Visa
