Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Dubai. The responsibilities include addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing feedback, and providing an excellent customer experience during each interaction. The role requires efficient communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and managing Customer Satisfaction
• Salary 2,000 to 2,500 dhs
• Own Visa is a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is advantageous
• Multilingual abilities
