Role Description This full-time, on-site Dental Assistant role is based at Masters Clinics in Taif. The Dental Assistant will support dentists during examinations and procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure all instruments and materials are ready and properly arranged. Responsibilities include assisting with chairside procedures, recording patient information, providing basic oral care instructions, and ensuring high standards of infection control and sterilization. The role also involves maintaining dental equipment, organizing supplies, and helping with appointment coordination and patient flow. The Dental Assistant will collaborate with the clinical team to deliver efficient, safe, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Dental Assisting, supporting dentists during procedures and managing chairside tasks.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Dentistry and Dental Care to understand common treatments, procedures, and clinical workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Oral Care, including educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Sterilization, adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a safe clinical environment.
• Relevant diploma or certification in dental assisting or a related dental field.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow clinical protocols accurately.
• Effective communication skills and a respectful, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Previous experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
