Job Description:

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental clinic in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent patient service and efficiently manage front-desk operations in a busy dental environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer and manage phone calls, including appointment booking and inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments using Dok32 dental management system.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure strict confidentiality.
• Assist with billing and insurance claims as required.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are an advantage).
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare clinic is preferred.
• Experience using Dok32 dental software is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Candidates from the Philippines are preferred.

Working Hours:

• 10 working hours per day
• 2-hour break
• 1 day off per week
