ob Purpose

To diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, with a strong focus on medical dermatology and evidence-based practice, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed skin examinations and diagnose dermatological conditions
• Treat chronic and acute skin diseases such as:
• Eczema
• Psoriasis
• Acne
• Rosacea
• Fungal infections
• Autoimmune skin disorders
• Allergic conditions
• Hair disorders
• Nail disorders
• Perform minor dermatology procedures:
• Skin biopsies
• Excision of benign lesions
• Cryotherapy
• Mole evaluation and removal
• Develop tailored treatment plans and follow-up schedules
• Interpret diagnostic tests (skin scrapings, cultures, patch testing, etc.)
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain medical records per DOH guidelines
• Counsel patients on disease prevention, skincare routines, and treatment adherence
• Coordinate care with other specialists when multidisciplinary management is needed
• Follow strict infection control, safety, and sterilization protocols
• Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent)
• Postgraduate qualification in Dermatology (MD Dermatology / Board Certification)
• Valid DOH Dermatologist license (mandatory)
• Strong background in clinical/medical dermatology
• Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills
• Strong communication and patient-handling abilities
• Ability to manage complex dermatological cases

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
