DHA licensed Optometist

Qualifications

• Optometry graduate from a reputable college or university
• Applicants holding a DHA license are encouraged to apply

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of progressive lens ranges across all major brands
• Ability to accurately mark lenses for Single Vision, Bifocals, and Progressive lenses
• Comprehensive understanding of ophthalmic lenses, including: All materials and indices / Lens types and coatings.
• In-depth knowledge of contact lenses across all categories, brands, and applications
• Experience fitting specialty contact lenses, including Toric and Multifocal lenses
• Working knowledge of major branded eyewear

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (technical and customer-related)
• Ability to multitask effectively while remaining calm under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and undergo further training as required
