Skill Requirements

• Progressive lens range knowledge in all major brands. Know how to mark lenses for Single Vision, Bifocals and Progressives.
• Overall knowledge of ophthalmic lenses in all materials, indices, types and coatings.
• Overall knowledge of contact lenses in all categories, brands and applications. Know how to fit specialty contact lenses like Torics and Multifocals.
• Working knowledge of major branded eye wear.
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues as they arise, technical as well as social.
• Ability to multi task and be calm in stressful situations.
• Willingness to be trained.
