DHA Registered Nurse (Female)

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health Care

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED4,000 – AED6,000

Location: Dubai(Maybe required to travel across UAE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for evaluating patients’ health needs, administering treatment, monitoring progress, and educating patients and their families about ongoing care requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.
• Conduct regular assessments of patients’ health status and update care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical treatments.
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, medications, and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Travel to patient homes within the service area.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• License: Active Registered Nurse with DHA License in UAE (Required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health care is a plus)
• Skills: Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits per day.
• Can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
