DHA RN with 2 years homecare experience

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care & Ambulance Services Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in home settings, ambulance transport, and on-call emergency situations. The ideal candidate will deliver both emergency and non-emergency medical care while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and the highest professional clinical standards in compliance with DHA and UAE healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities On-Call Nursing Services Respond promptly to emergency and urgent care calls. Perform rapid nursing assessments and initiate appropriate interventions. Coordinate effectively with physicians, EMS teams, and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Home Care Nursing Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and prescribed treatments. Monitor vital signs and evaluate patient progress. Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, injections, and other nursing procedures. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and disease management. Ensure strict adherence to infection control standards. Ambulance / Transport Nursing Provide emergency and pre-hospital care during patient transport. Continuously monitor patient status and manage emergencies en route. Operate and manage medical equipment including oxygen systems, defibrillators, suction devices, and monitors. Ensure safe and structured handover to receiving healthcare facilities. Maintain ambulance equipment and medication readiness. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License (DHA License or Eligibility required for Dubai). Current BLS certification (mandatory). ACLS certification (preferred). Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Home care and/or emergency experience mandatory). Strong emergency response and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments. Valid UAE driving license (preferred for home visits/ambulance role). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
