Job Description
Role Purpose
To Support the digital transformation of the sales function across Corporate, SME, and Digital Sales segments.
1- Data Visualization
- Support the design of dashboards to enhance visibility, reporting, and tracking of sales performance.
2- Process Automation
- Assist in automating sales-related processes to improve efficiency and productivity
3- CRM Enhancements
- Contribute to enhancing CRM capabilities, including improving data quality and reporting.
4- Process Automation
- Support the development of digital solutions for the sales function, helping improve productivity, transparency, and data accuracy across Corporate, SME, and DS segments.
Skills
- Power BI / Data Visualization
- Process automation (RPA exposure)
- CRM systems expertise
- Systems integration understanding
- Strong stakeholder & project management capability
Education
Bachelor’s in IT, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field
